What is Breathwork?

Breathwork refers to various techniques where you consciously control your breathing to improve your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. There are different breathwork modalities, but at its origin lies an ancient practice from India called Pranayama. It’s part of Yoga and works to balance your mind, body and soul. 

Practicing breathwork daily can
​ relieve stress, calm your mind, energize your body,
and bring you to a state of peace and harmony.

Breathwork can be practiced by every healthy individual.
