​I am so grateful you are here! The exercises I share in 12 Days of Presence are inspired by the ancient teachings of Hatha & Kriya yoga and the practices that continue to guide me — mindful breathing, visualization, mantras & affirmations. My hope is that they help you soften, reconnect, and return to your inner presence.

How long are the sessions?

Each practice is about 15 minutes, perfect for beginners or anyone with a busy schedule.

Do I need experience?

No. The challenge is completely beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step.

What if I miss a day?

It's completely okay. Presence is not about perfection. You can go at your own pace and return back to any session you've missed.

How does the challenge work?

As soon as you sign up, you'll receive daily emails with instructions, links to guided sessions, and additional resources to support your practice for the next 12 days. Simply enter your email address on our sign-up page, and you’ll receive instant access to the challenge.

Is there a cost to join 12 Days of Presence?
