Virtual

Healing at the comfort of your own space via video conference using an application your most comfortable with: Zoom, Teams, Skype, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp Video or FaceTime​ 

Prepare for virtual sessions

  • All you need is internet connection and the application installed on your device

  • You will receive a link to join the session

  • Join in from a comfortable, distraction-free space

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothes

  • Have water, tissues and writing materials if desired

  • Bring a small pillow

  • Be prepared to lay down if necessary

  • Have a light stomach prior to the session

In Person

In-person sessions can be held at your home or a location of your choice, where Amanda will bring all the necessary equipment (mats, blankets, sound healing instruments) to create a seamless and enriching experience.

 

Travel fees may apply for certain locations.

Prepare for In Person sessions

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothes

  • Have water, tissues and writing materials if desired

  • Have a light stomach prior to the session

  • If you have personal props like a favorite pillow or eye mask, feel free to use them!
