About the event
Awaken Your Life Force Energy! In this Kundalini Energy Breathwork Session, we learn how to harness the power of our breath to boost energy & cultivate vitality. We perform a spinal breathing exercise that opens up the nervous system, strengthens the respiratory system, energizes body and mind, and awakens our life force kundalini energy.
*This is a strong and dynamic practice. Please take it easy if you suffer from high blood pressure, serious heart problems, and epileptic attacks. Do not perform if pregnant and/or menstruating.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Breathwork at the comfort of your own space!
Each session lasts 60 - 90 minutes via video conference using Zoom Application.
We start with a discussion on Kundalini and the breathing technique we will perform. From there, we set our intention and begin with a gentle warm up to open up the breathing system. We then perform this conscious breathing exercise and close with a guided meditation.
You will leave the session feeling energized and awake! Looking forward to breathing with you 🧡 ~ Amanda

Breathwork is different for everyone and it's different every single time you show up.
While it's hard to put into words, one thing is guaranteed: you will feel completely different than when you started.
Don't just take my word for it - dive in and find out for yourself! It's undeniable
We start by learning about the nervous system and your unique stress response so you can understand the signs of burnout and better support your body.
From there, we break down the breathing techniques. After the active breathing, I'll guide you through a balancing exercise designed to fill you with inner peace, clarity and calm.
As our nervous system shifts, we become immersed in healing sounds that bring our brainwave state from beta - active thinking into theta - a meditative state. This is the 'sweet spot' where your body and mind have the space to repair and reset.
The Method
Why it works
As we saturate our body with oxygen , we bypass the 'inner critic' in the brain and connect directly to the body. This helps clear stored stress, negative emotions, old patterns and trauma from the nervous system and rewires our brain for clarity, healing and personal growth.
