The shift of the season can leave us carrying past tension, stress, and overwhelm. In this breathwork & sound bath ceremony, we focus on releasing that heaviness and restoring a sense of balance and calm. Experience the deep clarity, centeredness, and renewal that comes from pausing, breathing, and resetting for the season ahead.
What to Expect
During our time together you will experience a:
Guided breathwork journey (active + heart opening + balancing techniques) to help release stress and restore balance in the body
Calming sound bath to support nervous system regulation
Integration, journalling intentions for the season ahead
A supportive space to gather and share reflections
Many people leave breathwork ceremonies feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
*Class length is approximately 60 to 75 minutes long.

We start by breaking down the techniques. After the active breathing, I'll guide you through a heart opening exercise designed to fill you with inner peace and gratitude, followed by a balancing breathwork that brings clarity & calm.
As our body relaxes, we become immersed in healing sounds that shift our brainwave state from beta - active thinking into theta - a meditative state. This is the 'sweet spot' where your body and mind have the space to repair and reset.

As we saturate our body with oxygen , we bypass the 'inner critic' in the brain and connect directly to the body. This helps clear stored stress, negative emotions, old patterns and trauma from the nervous system and rewires our brain for clarity, healing and personal growth.

Cautions
Breathwork can result in physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
Breathwork is also not advised for persons with severe mental illness, epilepsy, or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.
