About the event
Stress isn’t one-size-fits-all. The way your nervous system responds to pressure, emotions, and overwhelm is unique to you — and understanding that is the key to actually learning how to regulate it.
In this live masterclass, you’ll be guided through both education and experience to help you understand your personal stress response and what your body actually needs to return to balance.
We’ll combine nervous system education with breathwork and sound healing so you don’t just learn what’s happening in your body — you feel how to shift it.
This is a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and leave with tools you can actually use when stress shows up.
What to Expect
Nervous system education to understand how stress shows up in your body and mind
Guidance on identifying your unique stress response patterns (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and what they look like in daily life
Practical tools for regulation so you know how to shift out of overwhelm in real time
Guided breathwork journey to release stored tension and support nervous system balance
Sound bath immersion to calm the body and deepen regulation
Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves — with a better understanding of how to support their nervous system moving forward.
*Class length is approximately 60 to 90 minutes long.

ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds or exchanges or transfers.
Breathwork is different for everyone and it's different every single time you show up.
While it's hard to put into words, one thing is guaranteed: you will feel completely different than when you started.
Don't just take my word for it - dive in and find out for yourself! It's undeniable
We start by learning about the nervous system and your unique stress response so you can understand the signs of burnout and better support your body.
From there, we break down the breathing techniques. After the active breathing, I'll guide you through a balancing exercise designed to fill you with inner peace, clarity and calm.
As our nervous system shifts, we become immersed in healing sounds that bring our brainwave state from beta - active thinking into theta - a meditative state. This is the 'sweet spot' where your body and mind have the space to repair and reset.
The Method
Why it works
As we saturate our body with oxygen , we bypass the 'inner critic' in the brain and connect directly to the body. This helps clear stored stress, negative emotions, old patterns and trauma from the nervous system and rewires our brain for clarity, healing and personal growth.
