Private 1:1 Online Breathwork Session

Service Description

In our Private 1:1 Breathwork session, we work together and focus on your desires! We begin the class with a gentle warm up to stretch the body and open the breathing system. From there, we perform various breathing techniques that can help increase energy, improve focus and mental clarity, and relieve stress & anxiety. We then close with a meditation to restore balance in both the body and mind. Prepare for our Virtual Class: ​- All you need is internet connection and the Zoom application installed on your device - You will receive a link to join the session - Set aside a space where you won't be disturbed or interrupted (as best you can). - Put your phone on airplane or Do Not Disturb mode if you can. - You can sit on a chair or the floor. If on the floor, bring a small pillow. - Inform anyone in your space that they may hear you breathing deeply or letting out a big sigh - Have water, tissues and writing materials if desired - Have a light stomach prior to the session and try not to eat a big meal more than 45 minutes before class.
