Breathwork Meditation To Calm Your Mind & Deepen Intuition | 15 MIN GUIDED Ujjayi Pranayama



In this 15 minute guided breathwork meditation, we perform Ujjayi Pranayama, a breathing technique to calm your mind and deepen intuition. We also repeat a powerful So Hum mantra that will connect you to your source of strength & peace and bring you clarity. This is the perfect Pranayama for beginners and truly helps you get into a meditative state!

This particular way of breathing promotes health and expands conscious awareness. It’s a great exercise for relaxation because it activates our parasympathetic nervous system faster than ordinary slower breathing. Also, Ujjayi breathing stimulates the hypothalamus, the part of the brain responsible for maintaining our internal balance and heightening our awareness. When the mind is calm and our awareness is heightened, we are open to intuition, inspiration, new ideas and realizations.
