We perform Kaki Mudra, a pranayama breathwork technique created by yogis after observing crows. Crows live long in good health, so this technique enhances health and longevity. Also, by contracting the lips, we tone the face and rejuvenate the skin, making it glow. During the session, we also perform breath holds that strengthen the respiratory system and enhance lung capacity.
