Alternate nostril breathing, also known as Anulom Vilom or Nadi Shodhana, is a traditional pranayama technique that utilizes conscious breath control to restore equilibrium within the body and mind.


By intentionally alternating the flow of breath through the left and right nostrils, we tap into the body's natural energy channels, purifying and balancing the subtle energy pathways or nadis.


Alternate Nostril Breathing can help calm the mind, reduce anxiety and stress, improve focus and concentration, and enhance overall well-being.

This is one of my go-to pranayama techniques whenever I feel off. It's a quick and effective way to center yourself and come back to the present moment.
